Flov Browser (“the app”) is a browser and reading utility that helps users open web pages, save local shortcuts, and control automatic scrolling. This policy explains what data is handled when you use the app.

Data stored on your device

Shortcuts, bookmarks, reading settings, and open-tab session data are stored locally on your device only. They are used solely to provide app functionality and are never uploaded to us. The app does not operate user accounts or a remote user database.

Advertising

The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google and its certified advertising partners may collect device information such as your device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), IP address, approximate general location derived from IP, device model and operating system, and ad interaction data such as views and clicks.

This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store it ourselves. For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Your advertising choices

iOS: The app requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads will still be shown but will not use your identifier for personalization. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Android: You can delete or reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in Settings > Google > Ads.

Purchases

The app may offer an optional paid upgrade (for example, removing ads). Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive or store your payment details.

US state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example, California), you may have rights to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Data collected by advertising partners can be limited using the advertising choices described above. Third-party websites

When you open third-party websites inside the app, those websites may collect data according to their own privacy policies, cookie notices, account settings, and terms. Flov Browser does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us so we can review the concern.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal, platform, or operational requirements change. The updated version will be made available in the app and on this page.
