• You enter into a contract with the service provider, not with Storetag
• The service provider is responsible for fulfilling the booking
• Booking confirmations are subject to availability

4.2 Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Refunds are subject to the service provider's cancellation policy

4.3 Cancellations

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Storetag platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Storetag Corp or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Distribute, transmit, or sell our content
• Use our trademarks without prior written permission

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the platform (reviews, comments, photos, etc.). However, by posting content, you grant Storetag a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.

7.2 Content Standards

Your content must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain defamatory or libelous material
• Include hate speech or discriminatory content
• Contain explicit or adult content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STORETAG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• Information on the platform is accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORETAG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from service provider actions or omissions
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to Storetag in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storetag Corp, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content posted on the platform

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@storetag.com.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
